Real juvenile meerkat skull!
This skull came to me from a taxidermist who recieved the deceased meerkat from a zoo, it was a natural death. I cleaned the skull from raw and glued it back together.
It measures approximately 5.5cm long, 4cm wide and 3cm tall. The last photo shows it in comparison to an adult meerkat skull.
Please note that it isn't perfect, it has a small missing bone on one eye socket and it has 2 tiny missing teeth at the front. There are also a few small cut marks on the bone from where it was skinned. (Please see all photos)
It has been degreased but unwhitened so it still retains its gorgeous natural bone colour.
